Community Health Advocacy Membership

Breast Awareness Month is officially right around the corner, but for us it is 24/7 - 365 days a year.

For several reasons African American women tend to present with disease earlier than the recommended screening guidelines and more often than other ethnicities. With the recent uptick in incidence younger African American women are now comparable to their white counterparts. Yet, they continue to bear the highest mortality/morbidity rates.

We invite you to help us change the narrative by engaging with your community and becoming a Community Health Advocate. This is your opportunity to bloom where you're planted. It is Monday Motivation because today is yours to conquer. What will your impact be?
